This page explains what data is collected, why, and for how long.
Data collected
When you use the contact form, we collect the following information:
- Identity: last name, first name
- Contact: email address, phone number (if provided)
- Message: subject + content
- Technical data: IP address and user agent (abuse prevention/security)
Purposes
- Replying to your request and following up on our exchanges
- Protecting the website against spam and abuse
Legal basis
Processing is based on the legitimate interest in replying to requests received through the form (and/or on pre-contractual measures if your message concerns a service).
Retention period
Requests sent through the form are kept for a limited time. Currently: 30 days, after which they are deleted automatically by a scheduled task.
The CNIL (French data protection authority) recommends setting a retention period suited to the purpose and avoiding indefinite retention.
Recipients
The data is intended solely for the website publisher, in order to handle your request. It is never sold.
Hosting
The website is hosted by OVHcloud (shared hosting).
Cookies
The website only uses strictly necessary cookies/trackers (e.g. a session cookie for security). No advertising cookies or tracking tools are installed.
According to the CNIL, strictly necessary trackers generally do not require consent, but must be explained to the user.
Security
Technical measures are in place to limit abuse.
